Easily change sort order

First off, very cool app, thanks for spending the time to make it.

It would be nice if there was an easier way to change the sort order of the files that are listed.  Currently, you have to go to Menu -> Settings -> Sort By and choose your desired sort method and ascending/descending.  It would be nice if there was a toolbar button (toggle-able of course) that would let you change the sort order.  Maybe short tap the button to toggle ascending/descending and long press to bring up the name/type/size/modified list.

Another slightly related suggestion would be to make the toolbar buttons configurable.  For example, I never use the help button anymore so it would be nice to hide it since that button is using precious real estate.  Especially if you add a new "Sort" button.  

Slightly off topic, but I have a couple minor suggestions for the new samba server dialog: 1) can you add a "Test" button that would let you test the connection before clicking "OK"? 2) Can you make the window scrollable when the soft keyboard is displayed?  It's confusing to have to hit the back button to get to see the rest of the window.

I know that you can toggle the help button between help, task manager, and application manager by long pressing, but can you change the button's location (or hide it altogether)?

Also, when you say that sort by using long press will be added, what will you long press?

One other minor suggestion: can you change the screen orientation automatically when I rotate my phone instead of manually by clicking menu -> more -> flip orientation?

By default, the orientation is following the system setting, you can change it from the system settings.
