The lock feature is for the LOST phone, we hadn't expected some people would try it when they don't lose it. However, we will change the lock ways in next version.
In older version, if you lock your phone by mistake, please consult the seller or manufacturer about the original account to unlock it. It's phone system that controls it, not the software, so we can provide help, sorry for it. |
